So glad you are here!
My name is Nathaly. I am a holistic psychotherapist, psychologist and mindfulness practitioner in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.

I accompany those who wish to heal their suffering through a path of consciousness expansion and self-compassion. My goal is to help you cultivate your well-being and reconnect with the Infinite Love within you.

I live in Pereira (Colombia) and offer in-person and virtual therapies.
Let me tell you more about my path and my present...
Becoming a therapist
Since my teenage years, I had a deep interest in well-being in relation to the human mind, so I studied psychology and I got my bachelor's degree in 2017.
During my career, I was formed in community psychology, which made me aware of the structures of discrimination and oppression in society. This is how my expansion of consciousness began and thanks to this, I take an intersectional approach to therapeutic processes.

When I started studying, I envisioned myself as a therapist, however, I did not find in academic psychology the tools that would empower me to assume this role. In 2018, I came into contact with the practice of mindfulness and the medicine of cacao. This changed both my personal and professional life.
My main obstacle to practicing as a therapist was my fear of facing the suffering of others because I had not faced my own. Through meditation, mindfulness, and cacao ceremonies, I recognized my deep psychological conflicts and found tools to process them.
I freed myself from the fear of my emotions and suffering and became aware of the Infinite Love that lives within us and sustains us. Thus, I learnt to hold space for the suffering of others and offer them tools to transform it.
On this path, I have acknowledged the importance of spirituality for human beings, understanding it as simple, everyday practices to remember the certainty of being part of something much larger, of being connected, and it is not related to any specific religious belief. I have also found medicine in different practices and entheogens that have opened my channel to energy work.

Currently, I work as a psychotherapist, as I once dreamed of. My therapy style is holistic, integrating the practice and philosophy of mindfulness with the cognitive behavioral models of psychology, somatic work, ceremonial cacao and spirituality.
