Guided Meditation

Meditating is using a stimulus as an anchor for your attention that allows you to access deeper states of consciousness. Meditation does not have a specific goal, you can do it with the intention of relaxing, doing emotional processing, energy work or deepening your spiritual connection.

 

Like any practice, you can learn to meditate. It is not true that some people are "not cut out" for meditation, they simply have not found the technique that suits their needs.

I offer mindfulness meditation and guided visualization sessions in which you can choose to work on a specific topic or enjoy deep relaxation.
