My role as your therapist is to give you information and tools that allow you to reconnect with that wisdom and take action in a compassionate way.

I orient my therapeutic support to help you develop authenticity, responsibility and presence, and to reduce reactivity and judgment towards life and yourself.

What is it like to take therapy with me?

My therapy style is holistic. My base is the philosophy and techniques of mindfulness, that is, the practice of living in the present moment, observing reality and your emotions profoundly, reducing your judgments, making conscious decisions and increasing your empathy and self-compassion.

 

I integrate mindfulness with cognitive-behavioral models, neurosciences, somatic work and energy work to offer you tools for internal exploration and transformation in different dimensions of your being: physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual.
